Setup for free "Chillers & Thrillers" concert by Greenville Concert Band has begun

Setup for the free "Chillers & Thrillers" Halloween concert by the Greenville Concert Band started on Wednesday as crew prepared the Simpsonville Arts Center stage for up to 90 musicians. The Greenville Concert Band musicians will play spooky selections in the Arts Center auditorium on Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. Selections include numbers from  iconic Broadway musical "Phantom of the Opera." Admission is free, and the event is made possible by the S.C. Arts Commission. Following the concert will be a Mad Hatter-themed costume parade to which all children are welcome to join.
